Music Box 21/08/2021

We start this Saturday with Allie Crow Buckley (website), a singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, and this is the brilliant Cusco, from her debut release, the six track E.P. So Romantic (self-released digital 2019). Buy here.
Next up, Junior Campbell, The Marmalade songwriter William Campbell, and the B-side If I Call Your Name, from his debut single Goodbye Baby Jane (Deram 7" 1971).
Morning Glory only released three singles, and this is the excellent B-side Munday Street, from their second single The Green Green Grass Is Dying (Chapter One 7" 1971).
Now for a truly moving piece of music from modern Myanmar post-rock band Pandelic, and the official video for EE9659, from their sole LP so far Escapade (self-released digital 2017). Excellent, hope you like it too. Buy here.
We finish today with a brace of official videos from The Other Two, the self-effacingly name for New Order keyboard & drum section, real life partners Gillian Gilbert and Stephen Morris. First, their debut release, the single Tasty Fish (Factory 7"/12"/CD 1991, cat no. FAC329) and then Selfish (London all formats 1993) which also came from their debut LP The Other Two & You (London 1993), which also featured a version of Tasty Fish. I hope you like them. Until next week ...
