We start with British musical composer Edwin Astley, and a haunting piece of incidental music from 60s Brit TV show The Saint, from The Saint (Original Soundtrack) (Network 4CD2010), also found on The Music of ITC (Network 2CD2009). Mr Astley was a musical genius, whose theme tunes and incidental music made 60s British TV a more memorable and cheerful place.
