Aphrodite's Child were a Greek pop rock psychedelic band, 1967 to 1972. After Vangelis' Greek 1960s band "The Forminx" broke up, Vangelis, together with singer Demis Roussos and drummer Lucas Sideras left for London to try their success outside of Greece. They got stuck in Paris and formed the band "Aphrodite's Child". This is single It's 5 O Clock (Mercury 7" Greece: 1969/U.K. 1970)
Mouse & The Traps were a Garage Psychedelic Rock band from Tyler, Texas, USA, formed 1965 and disbanded 1969. They released six singles, then a couple more when reformed early 70s. This is their debut, Maid Of Sugar, Maid Of Spice (Fraternity 7" 1966)
Section 25 were formed in Blackpool, Lancashire in April 1978 by brothers Lawrence and Vincent Cassidy, taking their name from a provision of the Mental Health Act which allowed for compulsory detention. The group joined Factory Records and were produced by Martin Hannett and later Bernard Sumner. This is track Mirror (Factory Benelux 7" 2015 cat no. FBN 73), not to be confused with an earlier song of the same name which was released on their sixth studio LP Nature + Degree (LTM 2009).
