 Les Payne was a British singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer since mid 1960's who was in band Mainland in the late 70s. Owner of Dreamcatcher Studio, located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, U.K.  We start this Saturday with his poppy Very Well, the B-side to his debut single I Can't Help To Feel The Love (RCA Victor 7" 1974). Hope you like it.
Putney Bridge were a British pop group who released four singles in the space of three years for Chapter 1 Records. This is Your Turn To Die, the B-side to their debut Burning Bridges (Chapter 1 7" 1970).
Next up, a classic from London supergroup Supertramp that needs no introduction, Dreamer (A&M 7" 1974) which reached no.13 in the U.K. singles chart. From their third album Crime of the Century (A&M 1974).
Our yé-yé single of the week comes from Charlotte Walters, who only released one single, and this is it, Angel Of Sin (Pathé 7" 1969).
