A Sunny Day in Glasgow is a dreampop/shoegaze band from Philadelphia, formed in 2006. From their fourth LP Sea When Absent (Lefse Records 2014) this is MTLOV (Minor Keys).
And now for an unknown artist from 1969 and an acetate (that’s a test pressing for a vinyl release for those under 40) with Roundabouts & Swings (unreleased 1969). If you know who this is (probably British) please let me know.
We conclude with a brace from 60s British legend that is Dusty Springfield. First, The Look of Love, from the LP of same name (Philips 1967), a slightly shorter re-recording than her version on the Casino Royale Soundtrack (Colgems/RCA 1967) by Burt Bacharach.
