Next, Anna Domino and Land Of My Dreams, from her debut LP East And West (Les Disques Du Crépuscule 1984)

Feminine Complex, an all-wimmin American pop-rock band from 1966 to 1968, with Time Slips By (When You Are On My Mind) from their sole LP Livin' Love (Athena 1969 )

The Rolling Stones single Mixed Emotions (Rolling Stones 7"/12"/CD 1989), from their nineteenth UK studio LP Steel Wheels (Rolling Stones 1989).

We conclude with two tracks from The Smiths. It may be perverse, given their fame for vocalist/lyricist Morrissey, to choose an instrumental, but it's one of my all time my favourite instrumentals. Oscillate Wildly, B-side to the 12" version of single How Soon Is Now? (Rough Trade 7"/12" 1984), then we finish with Bigmouth Strikes Again (Rough Trade 7"/12" 1986), also on the LP The Queen Is Dead (Rough Trade 1986). Until next week ...
